Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused and in resalable condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Incorrectly Ordered Parts
Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.
Returns for incorrectly ordered items are accepted provided:
- Item has not been installed
- Item remains unused
- Packaging is undamaged
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may apply.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of item
Where approved, we will arrange replacement, repair, or refund.
Vehicle Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming:
- Vehicle make
- Model
- OEM number
- Product compatibility
Compatibility tools and vehicle finder results are provided as guidance only.
If unsure, contact us before ordering.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot normally be returned:
- Installed or fitted items
- Electrical components after installation
- Special order items
- Clearance items
- Items returned without packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
Refund Process
Once returned items are received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Please place a new order for the correct item and return the original item if eligible.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend tracked delivery
Maps Auto Parts is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
